How to prepare for a first visit

An open notebook, fountain pen, and glasses on a wooden table.

A first visit goes better when both sides know what to expect. This is the list we send before we arrive.

What we need from you

  • Access instructions (gate codes, parking, pets).
  • Any rooms or surfaces to skip.
  • Preferred products, if you have them.

What we bring

Supplies and a written scope for the visit. If something is out of scope, we say so before we start — not on the invoice later.

Afterward

You get a short note: what we completed, anything we noticed, and the next open slot if you want a cadence.
